2 minutes away by foot from the centre of the village is a 3km fitness trail, set in a centuries old oak grove.
Enjoy the 17 exercise stations alone, with friends or with family. They are suited to both fitness addicts and beginners. Clapy the beather, the mascot of the Gard sports and activities centre "Espace Gard Cécouvertes", will show you the way and tell you what movements to do. So put your trainers on and get moving!
The access to the fitness trail is free, and it is open all year long.
