"Drache Nationale" is the popular name given to the heavy rain that sometimes falls on Belgium on National Day.
Tom, Gaëlle and Denis get together to discuss a question that is essential to them: "How can you be positive when things are shit?" They'll try to answer it with a queen in the rain, a slow dance at a first party, the death of a best friend, failed dreams, small victories, a list of the worst shit in the world and, above all, juggling.
