For those who wish to combine vacation and productivity, a teleworking area is available, supported by a very high-speed fiber/Wi-Fi Internet connection. The villa is also equipped with a water softener for your convenience.
NIGHT-TIME COMFORT AND AIR-CONDITIONING
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests with its 3 bedrooms (2 of which are air-conditioned): Bedroom 1 (master suite): Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and private bathroom. Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x200 cm). Bedroom 3: 3 single beds (90x200 cm). An additional independent bathroom is available. Travel light: all baby equipment provided (cot with real mattress, high chair, changing mat, potty).
OUTSIDE: YOUR PRIVATE OASIS
Dive into our magnificent saltwater swimming pool (8x4m), heated to 28°C from April to October, and perfectly secured by a motorized solar shutter. Relax on the vast 70 m² terrace with barbecue, or enjoy an aperitif under the arbour in the 1500 m² enclosed garden, complete with summer lounge (sofas and armchairs).
ON-SITE LEISURE ACTIVITIES
For moments of sharing with family or friends, take advantage of our facilities: ping-pong table, table soccer, badminton, 75-inch UHD TV, DVD player and board games. A large private garage completes the facilities.
