We've been producing snails in natural conditions for over 20 years...come and discover a farm like no other, and recipes to bring out of their shells!

The producers are delighted to welcome you to their farm sales outlet, where you can discover all their recipes, in jars, fresh or frozen, with more than fifteen recipes to tempt snail lovers with parsley, butter or olive oil, as well as connoisseurs of more Mediterranean regions, with their snails in sauce, Cévenole-style or to make Aïoli.... not forgetting their raw or just-boiled products, to cook yourself. And don't forget the snail slime cosmetics range!
The snail farm is run under natural conditions, with a supplement of organic cereals.
The store is open all year round, except January and February. Check out the opening times on our website, or don't hesitate to call for more information or to make an appointment!
