Presentation

2.7-hectare family vineyard located in the commune of Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières, in IGP Ardèche. Olive oil produced on the estate.

We produce white, rosé and red wines, as well as natural sparkling wine. We also produce olive oil from our family olive grove.

Two varieties of olives are grown, giving rise to two oils with very distinct characters: a fiery Picholine oil, with green fruity aromas, and a Rougette oil, with ripe fruity aromas.
