Outdoor sports activities for kids, teens and adults

The association was born out of a desire to :
- offer physical, sporting, recreational, educational and cultural activities for all, promoting social cohesion, health and well-being,
- to raise awareness, through outdoor activities, of the importance of discovering and respecting the environment, while encouraging a better understanding of oneself and the living world.

Sports Escapades Cèze Cévennes offers year-round activities in the Cèze Cévennes area:
- Mini adventurers' camp for 8-11 year-olds
- Introduction to rock climbing for parents and children aged 8 and over
- Initiation to cliff climbing for teens aged 11-15
- Mountain biking group for adults and teens aged 14 and over
- Strengthening, fitness, flexibility, cardio from 15 years upwards
These activities are supervised by a qualified sports instructor.
Each activity will be confirmed once 6 people have signed up.
Exceptional outings will also be proposed to members of the association: walks, nature, culture, arts...
